Terms and Conditions for PD Grand Store Giveaway

1. Promoter: The giveaway is promoted by PD Grand Store.

2. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 and over. Employees of PD Grand Store, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter:

   • Participants must follow PD Grand Store on Facebook.
   • Like the official giveaway post on the PD Grand Store Facebook page.
   • For additional entries:
     • Share the giveaway post on your profile for one extra entry.
     • Comment on the post with your favorite product from our store and tag a friend for another extra entry.

4. Prizes:

   • 1st Prize: Xiaomi Portable Bluetooth Speaker (valued at R900).
   • 2nd Prize: A R500 voucher to spend at PD Grand Store (for orders over R1000).
   • 3rd Prize: A R250 voucher to spend at PD Grand Store (for orders over R500).

5. Contest Period:

   • The giveaway starts on [Start Date].
   • Contest ends on 30 September 2024 at 11:59 PM SAST. Any entries received after this time will not be considered.

6. Winner Selection:

   • Winners will be selected at random and announced on 01 October 2024.
   • Winners will be notified via a direct message on Facebook and will have 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this period, a new winner will be selected.

7. Voucher Terms:

   • Vouchers are valid for a single purchase and cannot be combined with other offers.
   • Minimum purchase requirements apply:
     • R500 voucher can only be used for orders over R1000.
     • R250 voucher can only be used for orders over R500.

8. General Conditions:

   • PD Grand Store reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice.
   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items.
   • By entering, participants agree to allow PD Grand Store to use their names and entries for promotional purposes in any media.

9. Privacy:

   • Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be disclosed to third parties without the entrant’s consent.

10. Liability:

• PD Grand Store is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or other matters outside of its reasonable control that affect participation in the giveaway.
